These terms cover your use of Arrow Assassin and its companion website, provided by Publisher details pending confirmation in Country pending confirmation. Please read them with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The app is in pre-release. Availability, supported devices, content, and paid features may change before launch. The website presents screenshots of the mobile app; it does not offer playable levels.
02Age and responsibility
The intended audience and minimum age are awaiting publisher confirmation. This section must be finalized, and the advertising and analytics settings checked against that audience, before the app is released.
You are responsible for keeping your device and store account secure and for obtaining permission before making purchases using another person’s payment method.
03Permission to play
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the applicable store licence. The game, its code, artwork, audio, and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders.
Do not redistribute the app, sell access, bypass purchase protections, manipulate scores or transactions, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users or services. Rights that the law expressly grants you are not limited by this section.
04Purchases and virtual items
Where offered, purchases may unlock themes, remove forced ads, provide hints or virtual currency, or grant time-limited benefits. Review the specific product description, displayed price, duration, and store confirmation before paying. Virtual items are for use in the game and are not money or an investment.
“Remove Ads” removes forced ads between levels; optional rewarded ads can remain available. Consumable items that have been used may not be restorable. Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored using the available store or Play Games restore flow.
The store processes payments and determines applicable taxes and billing rules. See Purchases & refunds for help with missing purchases, refunds, and cancellation.
05Subscriptions and trials
If a product is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, its price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details are shown by the store before purchase. Manage or cancel it through the same store account. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled under the store’s rules.
Uninstalling the app, deleting game data, or contacting support does not by itself cancel a subscription. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate questions. These terms do not replace the store’s billing disclosures or any mandatory consumer rights.
06Progress, services, and availability
Game progress is primarily stored on your device. Device loss, clearing storage, reinstalling, or a software failure can affect it. Where supported, Google Play Games can back up purchase entitlements; this is not a promise that all progress syncs across devices or platforms.
Ads, leaderboards, purchase processing, and other online features depend on third-party services and connectivity. We may update or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or product changes. Core game access and paid benefits remain subject to applicable law.
07Fair play and third-party services
Use the game lawfully. Do not attempt payment fraud, submit falsified scores, extract other users’ information, or abuse support channels. Access to online features may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address a violation or protect the service.
Google, Apple, and other providers have their own terms. Their links and services are not a guarantee or endorsement of every item they display. The website does not sell physical goods and has no shipping service.
08Your rights and our responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable game, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that all software will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use.
Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer protections, or removes remedies for defective digital content that apply in your region. No term requires you to give up a non-waivable legal right.
09Applicable law and disputes
The publisher is based in Country pending confirmation. Applicable law and dispute procedures must be finalized with the publisher before release. Mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence continue to apply.
If you have a problem, contact Support email pending confirmation so it can be investigated. These draft terms do not impose binding arbitration or a waiver of collective claims.
