01Know what you’re removing
Arrow Assassin does not currently create a separate developer-hosted player account. It stores progress on your device and can use third-party services such as Google Play Games, advertising, and analytics. Removing one does not automatically remove the others.
Clearing game data can permanently remove levels, stars, coins, hints, and settings. Back up anything you need. Cancel any subscription separately through its store.
02Remove progress from your device
Android: open your device’s app settings for Arrow Assassin and use its storage controls to clear app data, or uninstall the app. Names vary by device. Device backups may restore some information when you reinstall.
iPhone or iPad: delete the app to remove its local app container. Offloading the app is different and may keep its documents and data. Manage any device or cloud backups separately.
These steps do not erase store transaction records or information held separately by advertising, analytics, or game-service providers.
03Delete Google Play Games data
To remove the game’s Play Games data, open your Play Games profile’s data settings and choose Arrow Assassin under the individual-game deletion controls. Google provides both web and Play Store instructions in its official Play Games deletion guide.
Deleting Play Games data can remove scores and saved game information. It does not automatically delete the local app save, support messages, other Google account history, or store purchase records. Review the warning Google shows before confirming.
04Ask about other personal information
For information held by the publisher, contact Support email pending confirmation with the subject Arrow Assassin privacy request. Describe the records you want accessed or deleted, such as an earlier support conversation.
Use the same email address you contacted support from when possible. If further verification is needed, the publisher should explain what is necessary. Do not send passwords or full payment details. A request must be assessed under the applicable privacy law and any justified retention obligations.
05Advertising and analytics records
Review ad consent through the app’s Ad privacy choices control where available. Device settings can manage advertising identifiers and platform tracking permissions. These settings do not automatically erase every record already held by a provider.
Information held by Google services is subject to the appropriate Google privacy controls. The publisher’s ability to locate a particular analytics record depends on the identifiers available and the final release configuration. See the Privacy Policy for details.
06What may be retained
Stores and providers may retain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records according to their obligations. The publisher may retain information needed to resolve an active dispute or comply with law, and should explain applicable exceptions when responding to a request.
The publisher’s request-handling contact and operational retention periods must be confirmed before this page is used as a live store deletion resource.
