01Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Arrow Assassin and its companion website handle information. The game publisher and data contact are Publisher details pending confirmation, based in Country pending confirmation. Privacy questions can be sent to Support email pending confirmation.
The mobile app and this website have different data practices. The website does not create a player account, display advertising, or run analytics code. The mobile app can use advertising, platform game services, and analytics as described below.
02Information used by the game
| Information | Why it is used | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Levels, stars, coins, hints, collected pictures, theme choices, sound settings, and purchase entitlements | Remember progress, settings, and unlocked features | App storage on your device; purchase entitlements can also be backed up through Google Play Games on Android |
| Play Games player profile, highest cleared level, and total stars | Show signed-in status, submit scores, and restore owned features | Google Play Games, when signed in and those services are configured |
| Product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase verification details | Deliver and restore purchases and manage access to paid features | The app and the store that processes your purchase |
| Advertising identifiers where available, IP address, ad interactions, and SDK diagnostics | Serve and measure ads, limit fraud, and maintain ad delivery | Google AdMob and applicable advertising partners |
| App/device information, app-instance identifiers, and gameplay events | Understand game use and measure app-campaign performance when Firebase Analytics is enabled | Google Analytics for Firebase |
| Email address and details you voluntarily send to support | Answer questions and investigate problems | The publisher’s support channel |
The game does not ask you to provide contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location. An IP address may reveal an approximate location to service providers. A store may process your payment details; the game does not receive your full card number.
03Advertising and your choices
The mobile game uses Google AdMob for ads between eligible levels and rewarded ads you choose to watch. AdMob may process device and advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Collection and personalization depend on platform permissions, region, and your consent settings.
Where required, the app presents Google’s consent message. If the option is available for your region, use Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or change your choices. You can also manage advertising and tracking permissions in your device settings. Changing these choices does not necessarily remove all advertising or erase records already processed.
We do not promise that advertising data is anonymous or that no third party collects data. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.
04Gameplay analytics
Where enabled in the released app, Google Analytics for Firebase records events such as starting a level, winning or losing, reaching milestones, finishing the tutorial or daily puzzle, and viewing advertisements. These events may include the level number, success result, or reward type. The service also collects information described in its own documentation.
These events help evaluate difficulty, improve the game, and measure advertising campaigns. The current pre-release source includes this integration, but its Firebase configuration is not yet present. The release policy and store disclosures must reflect the final configuration before publication.
See Firebase privacy information. Advertising consent controls should not be assumed to control every analytics setting; the release configuration must be checked separately.
06Retention and deletion
Local game progress remains in app storage until removed through your device’s app-data controls or by deleting the app, subject to your device’s backup settings. Removing the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions, erase store transaction records, or remove data separately held by Google services.
Play Games information, advertising records, and analytics records follow the applicable provider’s retention settings and policies. Support correspondence is retained only for handling the request and any legitimate legal, accounting, or security needs. The publisher must confirm its operational retention periods before release.
See Your data & deletion for the available deletion paths and their limits.
07Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, object to particular uses, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Consent withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Contact Support email pending confirmation to ask about information controlled by the publisher. We may need enough information to verify a request and locate the relevant records. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or identity documents unless a secure and necessary verification process has been explained.
08Security and international processing
Information is processed on your device and, for enabled online services, by the relevant providers. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider, region, and final service configuration.
We aim to limit access to information to legitimate purposes. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. The game’s local settings are not a password vault; keep your device protected.
09Children and age suitability
The intended audience and minimum age are awaiting publisher confirmation. This section must be finalized, and the advertising and analytics settings checked against that audience, before the app is released.
