01Contact the team
For gameplay problems, purchase issues, feedback, or privacy requests, contact Support email pending confirmation.
Include the app version, your phone model, iOS or Android version, level number, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords or full card details.
02Getting started
How do I play?
Tap a ninja arrow to send it along its direction. It needs a clear route off the board. Guards turn after successful escapes. Avoid their sight and approach from behind for a takedown.
Why won’t an arrow move?
Another ninja or obstacle may block its path, or a guard may be watching it. Try another escape to change the board. The Hint control can help find a move.
Can I play on this website?
The website shows real app screenshots and enlarged details. Playable levels will be available in the mobile app after release.
Can I play offline?
Regular puzzles and locally saved progress can work offline. Ads, purchases, platform leaderboards, and cloud purchase restoration need a connection.
03Progress and purchases
How do I restore purchases?
On supported Android builds, open Settings and use Restore purchases in the Google Play Games section. Use the Google account associated with the purchase. Consumables that were already used may not restore. The app does not promise a full cross-platform progress backup.
My purchase has not appeared.
Check whether the store still lists the transaction as pending, reconnect to the internet, and reopen the app. Keep the store receipt and contact support if the completed purchase is still missing. Do not buy it repeatedly to troubleshoot.
How do I get a refund or cancel?
See Purchases & refunds for the official store routes. Removing the app or its data does not cancel a subscription.
04Sound, themes, and device settings
Open the app’s Settings to manage music, effects, vibration, and themes. Music and effects have separate controls. Some themes and icons may require an unlock or purchase.
On this website, use the Sound control in the header. Audio starts only after interaction and can be muted at any time. The website respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
05Privacy and data
See the Privacy Policy for mobile app and website data practices. For local progress, Google Play Games data, or a privacy request, use Your data & deletion.
When available in your region, the app’s Settings includes Ad privacy choices. Platform advertising and tracking settings are also available on your device.
06Release status
Arrow Assassin has not yet been published on the App Store or Google Play. Store download links will be added after release. The screenshots show actual Flutter app screens with demonstration progress.
